Shipping
Shipment time varies between 2-5 business days from the date of payment. Items will be shipped from Oahu using USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is dependent on the travel distance, weight/dimensions once packaged, as well as handling time and packing supplies.
All packages are insured for up to $100. In the unlikely case of damage occurring during transit, please take photos of the package with the label included, along with the damaged item. We will process a full refund immediately and file the claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping claims are filed with the carrier immediately.
Returns
All items are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of our items, returns will not be accepted.
